Vintage Ormolu Vanity Jewelry Casket/Box Footed Beveled Pink Glass 8L France

  
Lovely vintage/antique late 19th-early 20thC century ormolu with pink/salmon-colored glass, footed jewelry "wedding" casket/ box. The box features elegant, gilded metal frame and feet, with warm pink colored glass panels, and velvet interior. Unmarked but likely made in France. Measures about 8" long along three sides and about 4" H. Condition: loss to gold finish, patina and blemishes on the metal parts and the frame.

The feet - one is slightly bent. The lid fastener/clasp - slightly bent (see pictures). Other than that - glass is in good condition. There are typical use related marks and scratches, wear on the underside and the velvet interior.
