There is some damage to the packaging as is shown in the photos. There is a crease in near to peak of the cave where the package has bowed and just to the right of the crease in the front is an area where the price tag was originally. As with all Lego, this kit contains small pieces that are a choking hazard and not appropriate for children < 3 years old. The item pictured is the item that you will receive.
