The set appears to be complete, you will receive 5 sealed bags, a sealed minifigure container, 3 loose parts and the instructions/catalogs. I verified this is the condition of the set when new.

The box has shelfware from being in storage. This includes dents, creases and numerous surface scratches/rubs. My pictures are part of the description so be.
