This beautiful vintage Korean Najeonchilgi jewelry cabinet features a rich red lacquer finish decorated with shimmering hand-cut mother-of-pearl inlay. Traditional Korean craftsmanship is showcased throughout, from the intricate shell decoration to the engraved white-metal hardware. The front panels depict a pair of magpies among blossoming plum branches-an enduring Korean symbol of joy, prosperity, renewal, and good fortune.

One of the cabinet's most desirable features is that it still retains its original engraved crane padlock, matching the cabinet's decorative hardware. Although the original key is no longer present, the lock remains functional for display and can easily be positioned through the door hasps.
