Vintage B&L Ray Ban Bausch & Lomb Tortoise Wayfarer 5022 G15 L2052 w/Case & Box. Lenses are in good condition with one large deep scratch on the right lens (when worn), there are a few other light defects and specks.

When worn outside, very few if any of these defects are in my line of sight, the large scratch is on the far side of my vision, and is hardly noticeable. I do not know how these defects will affect your vision. The frame is in good condition but does show some wear and scuffing on the frame front and temples. Inside of case is deteriorating and black particles transfer to the glasses when placed inside.
