This is a super rare boxed LEGO set releases in 1964, featuring Samsonite Jumbo blocks - the forerunner of what would later become Duplo (though they are incompatible). The box is super rare - much harder to find than set 041s box. This is possibly due to the awkward size of the box and how it would have been leveled by little hands.

The set is supposed to have 24 bricks but is missing 2 white bricks. There are 22 bricks in this lot.

Bricks are in overall good condition for their age, but there is play wear including some scuff marks on the sides and wear along the edges and corners. This wear is not as bad as it can get (they scuff easy, and Ive seen much worse over the years).

I would classify the box as fair condition. It was used and has some noticeable wear but is not the worst either.

There are a few noticeable tears, and I have done my best to photograph such issues. There is a little flap in the upper corner of one side that fell off - it was hanging by a thread and detached after photographing it.

I taped it back in place from behind and photographed this. Because of the boxs condition it will be packed with great care to preserve its integrity.
