This item comes from some leftover cosmetics inventory that I found in my mother's apartment. The origin must be from my great-grandparents small store in Sofia-Bulgaria which closed in mid-1940s and this would place the production of any of these items in the 1930s-1940s. NOTE: The last picture shows scan of small flyer in German related to the Fasan razors but the original flyer will not be included.
