This listing is for one Imperial Scout Walker (AT-ST All Terrain Scout Transport) vehicle from Kenner. This vehicle is from the Star Wars The Empire Strikes Back Collection. This version of the vehicle was available in 1982.
The Scout Walker was first released in 1982 and the box had The Empire Strikes Back logo in the upper left. With Return of the Jedi being released in 1983, the logo was updated but the pictures were still based on the battle of Hoth figures and scenery. Eventually the picture was updated to look more like the battle of Endor.
Again, this listing is for the original The Empire Strikes Back logo + battle of Hoth picture version. Besides the vehicle, this listing also includes the original box, instructions, and used sticker sheet (the Stand-Walk sticker is still on the sheet). This listing does not include the internal packaging material or Kenner toy catalog. Please note the instruction manual shows the Return of the Jedi logo on it. So I dont think this instruction manual actually came with this vehicle but I cant find the other instruction manual. See the Condition section for more details. Scout Walker Vehicle + Box + instructions. This has been part of my Star Wars collection since I was a kid. It was opened and played with for many years. The vehicle is still in overall very good condition and the stickers have held on very well but not perfectly (see detailed pictures). The legs of the walker are in great shape and have very little bowing or bending. The walking function using the button works great as well with appropriate clicking noises to go along with the legs moving up and down correctly. The primary gun on the chin rotates up and down properly and catches at 4 spots as expected. The side cannons also function properly with rotation and clicking noises. The top gun rotates correctly as well. The hatch to the cockpit is intact and the inside sticker is holding well.
The cockpit area for the driver is in great shape with just a little sticker peel. As for the box, it shows some wear around the edges as can be seen in the photos.
The inside of the box is empty as I did not save any of the original packaging materials. There is a slight tear at the bottom left corner. The box has two price tag stickers on it original and discounted prices. The sticker sheet feels great still fairly stiff, no peeling, and the #1 sticker (Stand Walk) is unused.
The instruction book is also in great shape. There is some very minor wear and perhaps slight yellowing around the edges. But overall in great condition.
