On offer is a very nice older than vintage, Mid-20th Century Old Pal/Woodstream Model No. 2300 hard-case tackle box and contents. The contents vary in condition from fair to excellent. A number of the lures are unfished.

The tackle for sale is pre-owned and used. Please review the foregoing description and photographs carefully. I gently clean my sale items; however, I do not alter or modify them in any way.

Anglers and collectors often prefer to own and use older tackle, especially earlier versions of lures still being manufactured, or models and patterns that have been discontinued. Older lures are often more valuable, have proven track-records of success, and are generally better made than many of today's versions. Frankly, older lures, especially those made out of wood, are just better investments.

I rate the condition of an item on a scale of poor to excellent. I factor in age when making this assessment. The older an item, the more acceptable are wear and minor flaws. These judgments are my own, based my knowledge and experience. I want my listings to be as accurate as possible.
