This is In Overall Very Good Condition. The Only Flaw We See Is That The Top Portion Of The Porcelain Piece Is Seperated A Bit From The Metal Frame. Our Best Guess Is That The Glue Failed Here And Was Re-glued At A Bit Of An Angle?
