Antique French Palais Royal Ormolu Glass Wedding Ring Presentation Casket Box. DESCRIPTION: This listing is for a lovely French ormolu jewelry presentation box!

Dating to the Victorian era, this beautiful box features a deeply scalloped ormolu border with four curved feet. The four sides and top are crafted of thick, beveled glass panes.

A curved black velvet pad sits inside the box; there is no bottom to it but the pad serves as a secure base for jewelry or small trinkets. A delicate curved piece serves as a handle to open the box, but it does not latch tightly. This is a great find in wonderful shape!

3" in width (across top, when open), just over 2-1/2" in height (closed), appx. 3-3/8 in depth (front to back across body). CONDITION: Box is offered in very good, as-found antique condition, with no major damage noted.
