It set has withstood the test of time with thanks to hours of precision and sturdy craftsmanship in the Lionel factory. The locomotives and passenger cars bring forth all of the great features of the real-life model into this scaled replica, and this set is a must-have for any collector looking to bolster their collection! The original boxes are all included and appear to be in very good condition. The overall cosmetic appearance of each item is excellent, however there are imperfections.

Lionel 1464W Vintage O Union Pacific Anniversary Passenger Set -1950 EX/Box. Here is a Lionel 1464W Union Pacific'Anniversary Set' form 1950. Included are the 2023 Powered A Unit, 2023 Non-powered A Unit, 2481 Passenger Car, 2482 Passenger Car, the 2483 Observation Car. A 310 billboard set, and a 6019 remote control track set.

Features for the powered A unit includes a motor, reverse unit, an operating horn, an operating headlight, operating knuckle couplers, metal gears, and metal wheels and axles. The non-powered A unit features an operating headlight, horn, operating coil couplers, and metal wheels and axles.

The passenger cars feature a durable plastic body, operating knuckle couplers, and metal wheels and axles. The red trim on both locomotives has begun to chip, and the road name along the sides has faded. There is a smudge of red paint along one side of the 2483 car.

Additionally, there are light nicks and scratches along the body of each item, and the wheels display wear from previous use. The original boxes are included for each item and they all appear to be in great condition despite their age! Each box displays edgewear, abrasions, tears, and creases along the corners and sides. One of the passenger car boxes has notations from the previous owner on one side. All of the inner and outer flaps appear to be included, however some are loosely attached.

A box liner is only included for the locomotive set box. Check the photos for a detailed look at this item. Additional photos available by request. All original: minute scratches and paint nicks; no rust or missing parts; no distortion of parts.
