950 PURE SILVER OVER HARDWOOD TABLE BOX. A handsome streamline box displaying premier workmanship and finishing - produced for western export during the 1960s.

Molded top opening on a 5-knuckle self-stopping hinge to elegant java finished hardwood case. Originally intended for tobacco - deal for storing jewelry, heirlooms and stash. 950 is only slightly higher in silver content than sterling standard, the alloy is softer and scratches easily. I'll include a polishing cloth and suggestions for maintenance. Kindly review condition notes and study close-up views for details.
