In great shape, with light & mild signs of usage or playwear. I believe the doors and rubber band are missing. Used only for display, stored inside a glass case, away from dust.
All action levers work well, backdrop has some minor creasing/folds. Table sticker has is not adhesive anymore, but included (along with used sticker sheet).
