Original Vintage 1960s Browning Nomad Challenger Plastic Pistol Box Empty

  

Offered is an original red and black plastic mold box that was used for the Nomad or Challenger Browning pistols. This is the rare version of this box from the early 1960s that is marked "Made in USA", even though the early Challenger pistols were made in Belgium. Though it does show signs of use it is in nice overall condition and displays very well. No hidden cracks or repairs.

One corner has a slight indentation. Measures approx 10 x 5 1/2 on the outside. This box is no doubt for the 4.5 inch barrel version, as a number of years ago I had one 12 in length in order to fit the 6.75 inch barrel version.
