When I got the set years ago I found replacement parts for some of the missing wall pieces and the winch for the door. I believe the main missing parts are now a few minifigures and maybe a horse. All the parts are still available on 3rd party brick websites should you choose to replace. I will take the utmost care in packing this item so the rare box arrives in the condition shown.
