Brand new in original, sealed. The pictures are of the ac. Tual item, they are not stock photos. The box is in excellent condition. There a few hair creases and the UPC is covered with price stickers (see pics). I'm going to do the best I can and as fast as I can. I consider myself a collector but not a mega-nerd or investor. Most of my collection are several years old and I did not store them glass cases in air-tight humidors; they will not be "graded" mint.
