70s Barbie 1975 Townhouse Doll house Playset Box furniture used condition in box. All the parts are there , the only thing missing is the instructiin manual. I carefully put it together to make sure it still had all of its parts. There is some water damage on the bottom floor of the cardboard back.

And water spots on the boards. All damage and major wear is shown in pics.

Vardboard nack has wear amd damage on connection points but no holes torn through. (Not pictured, message and i will send) All connecting points have paint rubbed away as shown in the pic with the pink board, but there are not enough pic slots to show every contact point but they all have similar wear. The colors are also a little faded after 44 years. All in all this is a great piece.
