1967 Hasbro Vintage Talking GI Joe Action Pilot in Original Box #7890

  

VINTAGE 1967 HASBRO TALKING GI JOE ACTION PILOT IN ORIGINAL BOX #7890! These have been in my collection for many years. GI Joe doesn't look like it has been played with much.

His painted face and hair are in excellent condition. No bald spots, rubs or scrapes on head. Tiny blue stains on top of head (see pics). Original painted rivets at joints. This piece is in excellent condition.

Works and talks, says all eight phrases, volume is not loud but clear, just about the right speed. Ould be tweaked if you know how to work on these to make it louder. String has original colored markings to indicate different sayings. Box and insert are all original and intact, great colors, solid (any flaws are shown in pics).

Note: box has one split corner that has been lightly glued (as seen in the closeup), stays together and almost unnoticeable. A couple corners are scotch taped but the corners are not split. Box overall very sturdy and presentable. Light pen drawing on inside of box as shown in pic.

There is a minor stress crack in his one knee (which is typical in these old GI Joes and shown in pic). Uniform is in great shape, very clean. Tag says GI Joe by Hasbro Hong Kong. Inside flight hat says GI Joe TM By Hasbro Made in USA. Boots are solid with no splits.

Overall an excellent vintage piece. Comes complete as seen in pictures. All paperwork and air manual are included and original (not copies). Omes from a smoke and pet-free home, kept in temperature controlled conditions. Any questions, please feel free to contact me.
